AINavi to Support NVIDIA TAO 6.0:
Accelerating Industrial Defect Detection
With Next-Generation Vision Foundation Models

Spingence Technology is excited to announce that AINavi will soon support NVIDIA TAO 6.0, empowering manufacturing customers to deploy more accurate, scalable, and efficient industrial defect detection solutions.

NVIDIA Metropolis’ latest release of the NVIDIA TAO Toolkit introduces a suite of powerful vision foundation models, along with advanced fine-tuning methods, self-supervised learning, and knowledge distillation — enabling next-generation physical AI across both edge and cloud environments. With integrated support through the NVIDIA DeepStream SDK’s Inference Builder, TAO 6.0 makes deploying AI into real-world industrial pipelines easier than ever.

At Spingence, we’re integrating TAO 6.0 into AINavi to enhance performance in factory-floor scenarios. By adopting the latest models from TAO, AINavi helps manufacturers improve inspection quality, accelerate deployment, and reduce operational overhead.

This generative model enables the creation of diverse and realistic defect images, enriching training datasets especially when real-world defect samples are limited.

  • DINOv2 (Self-Supervised Anomaly DetectionBy learning visual representations without the need for labeled data, DINOv2 allows AINavi to detect unusual patterns and identify potential defects with greater efficiency.

With TAO 6.0 support, AINavi is ready to deliver smarter, faster, and more adaptive visual inspection for industrial environments.

We remain committed to helping manufacturers unlock new efficiencies and scale AI-powered inspection across the factory floor.
